Introduction:
This engine adopts a gear coaxial diamond structure design that is rarely seen on the market, making it look even more unique.
The 20MM power cylinder and the 20MM 304 stainless steel heating pipe completely combine the two systems in one cylinder. The two sets of brass gears move in the same position with the crankshaft wheel.
In order to maximize the life of the cylinder and piston, bearing steel GCR15 is selected as the raw material of the cylinder liner and piston liner. After CNC lathe processing, it is quenched to increase the hardness to 58-62HRC, and then ground, the accuracy can reach plus or minus 0.005 Around MM, while the piston is reciprocating in the cylinder, it also needs to seal the gas in the cylinder as much as possible. This is a key part that reflects Stirling's precision.
The engine uses an exaggerated flywheel with a diameter of 78MM and a thickness of 20MM. This makes the weight of a single flywheel of this machine up to 155g, which is five times the weight of the M14 series flywheel. The brass gear with a diameter of nearly 40, the diameter of the brass crankshaft of 25MM, and the wall thickness of the cylinder liner of 2.5MM make this seemingly small machine The weight of the M20-TZ-01 fuselage has been pushed to 1.4KG.
The redesigned heat exchange piston and cylinder improve the machine's heat exchange capacity. After 20 minutes of operation, the temperature of the machine cylinder was measured to hover around 100 degrees, while the temperature in the front section of the heating pipe was as high as 600 degrees. This will result in a temperature difference of about 500 degrees, which also makes the power output of this machine more sustained.
