Valve/ Camshaft Upgrade:
Upgraded valve manufacturing process extends lifespan by 3.5 times compared with TOYAN L400. High-angle camshaft makes the throttle response more sensitive.
Valve/camshaft upgrade:
Carburetor/ Intake Upgrade:
Carburetor redesigned with a matching fuel needle for easier engine startup. Newly designed intake manifold for user-friendly operation.
Oil Sump Upgrade:
Enlarged the size of oil sump to facilitate independent lubrication in later upgrades.
Integrated Crankshaft:
Features a 90-degree phased crankshaft structure for smoother and more responsive operation, reaching a maximum speed of 13500rpm.
Crankshaft Support Bracket:
A new crankshaft support frame is added to enhance the strength of the crankshaft in high-speed operation and improve operating stability.
Dual Synchronous Pulleys:
Dual synchronous pulley timing structure greatly reduces the risk of tooth skipping during high-speed operation.
Long Stroke:
The dual oil seal design on the crankshaft prevents oil leakage and avoids movement at high engine speeds, maintains stability during high-speed engine operation.
Highly Simulation - More Realistic:
Sports-inspired gold design for a highly simulated engine appearance, operates with real gasoline.
Fun DIY:
